Сancellation policy

The guest can book a room by prepayment, at least. the first day of stay, its full cost before check-in.

The reservation is reserved for the guest during the first day of accommodation (until the check-out time (12-00) of the day following the day of arrival). In case of non-arrival or late (untimely) cancellation of the reservation, the hotel returns the prepayment made to the guest minus the penalty (as a rule, the first day of accommodation).

Prepayment for guaranteed booking is made by bank transfer or credit card, as well as by any other method of cash or non-cash payment. The payment is considered to be made in case of receipt of funds to the hotel's checking account one day before arrival. In case of non-payment within the established time frame, the booking is considered cancelled without prior notice.
